At Greenforest McCalep, we believe in educating our students in a manner that reflects God's love and wisdom. At Greenforest McCalep, we welcome students from all backgrounds who are eager to grow in knowledge and faith regardless of religious affiliation (or lack thereof), race, and/or ethnic origin. Our admissions process is designed to ensure that each student and family understands our mission and feels confident in becoming part of our community. We are not presently equipped to meet the needs of children who are mentally or emotionally impaired, nor those with severe learning disabilities and other special needs. Returning Students
Greenforest-McCalep Christian Academy’s administration and staff are eagerly looking ahead and making plans for next school year. In preparation for the start of 2026-2027, please take time now to complete the reenrollment for next year.
To complete our online reenrollment process, you will access our Family Portal through your existing login.
To access Family Portal:

Please go to www.factsmgt.com

Select Family Log in from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.

Enter (GF-GA) into the District Code field.

Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click “Forgot password” option.

After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu.

Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment link.
Admission
Process
Prospective students may enroll during open enrollment periods. A prospective student should meet the following criteria in order to be admitted or readmitted to Greenforest- McCalep Christian Academic Center:

Students should have a good academic school record as well as an acceptable record of psychological and social values (records containing expulsions substance abuse, or arrests must be further reviewed for probationary acceptance consideration).

Students and their parents/guardians must desire a superior education under-girded by strong Christian teaching.
Our application process begins by creating a parent account. Click here to begin the process. Once a parent account is created, you will receive a system generated email. Please follow those instructions.
